Plot[]
In the 1990s-era Osteandel City is the headquarters of Time Lease, a number one multibillion business that leases almost everything to powerful robots in the for ten consecutive years. Meanwhile, another lease company called Skull Lease tends to overthrow the gap and competition against Time Lease. The company's top executives (aka. the notorious villain trio) scheme to secure a footing for world conquest. One day after Time Lease gets assaulted by the villain trio's transport robot, it's up to Ippatsuman to get on the move to fight for justice.
